At POLYWOOD®, we stand behind our durable, sustainable outdoor furniture and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return your items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Center and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label via email to ensure your furniture is routed correctly back to our facility.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully disassemble the furniture if necessary and place it back in its original packaging with all hardware included to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking or shipping fees.
